Throughline Desk

Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms are between you and Throughline Co, LLC, which makes Throughline Desk. Using the Desk means you agree to them. Questions go to amanda@hellothroughline.com.

What the Desk is

Throughline Desk reads the tools you already use and shows your work and schedule in one place. It is in private early access. Features will change, and some will break before they work well.

Your accounts

  • You are responsible for the accounts you sign in with and connect.
  • Connect only accounts you are allowed to connect. If an account belongs to your employer, you are responsible for having its permission.
  • You keep ownership of everything in your accounts. The Desk claims no rights to it.

What the Desk does and does not do

The Desk reads. It does not send email or messages, delete anything, or change anything in your connected accounts. It may be wrong or out of date. It shows when it last read each source, and you should check anything important at the source.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Desk to break the law, to access accounts that are not yours, or to interfere with how it runs.

Price

The Desk is free during early access. You will be told before that changes, and nothing is ever charged without your agreement.

Ending

You can stop using the Desk and ask for your data to be deleted at any time. Throughline Co may end your access with notice, or without notice if these terms are broken.

No warranty

The Desk is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Throughline Co is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Desk in the twelve months before a claim, which during early access is zero.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state].

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be told before the change takes effect.
