Privacy Policy

Throughline Desk is made by Throughline Co, LLC. This policy explains what the Desk reads, what it keeps, and what it never does. Questions go to amanda@hellothroughline.com.

What the Desk collects

• Your name and email address, from the Google account you sign in with.
• Access tokens for the accounts you connect, such as Google Calendar or a Notion workspace.
• The content those accounts make available. For Google Calendar, that is your calendars and events. For Notion, it is only the pages and databases you choose to share on Notion's own screen.
• What you do in the Desk, such as items you capture and the responses you give to items.
• Records of each time the Desk reads a source, including whether it succeeded.

How the Desk uses it

Only to show you your own work and schedule in one place. The Desk reads your connected accounts and does not write to them, send messages, or delete anything in them.

Google user data

Throughline Desk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Google data is used only to provide the features you see in the Desk.
• It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
• No person reads it, except with your explicit permission for a specific support request, when required for security, or when required by law.

What the Desk never does

• It never sells your data or shares it with advertisers.
• It never shows one person's data to another. There is no shared or team view.
• It never uses your data to train AI models.

Where your data is stored

The Desk runs on Vercel and stores data with Supabase, in the United States. Access tokens are encrypted before they are stored. These providers process data only to run the Desk.

The Desk does not currently send your data to any AI model provider. This policy will be updated, and you will be told, before that changes.

Your choices

• Disconnect any account in Settings at any time. Its tokens are deleted immediately.
• You can also remove the Desk's access from your Google or Notion account settings.
• To delete your account and everything the Desk holds about you, email amanda@hellothroughline.com. It is done within 30 days.

Children

The Desk is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, you will be told before the change takes effect.
